Gordon McGlashan
Director

Gordon is an experienced Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary. He was formerly a long-time partner of a well known Pinetown firm of attorneys but left South Africa in 2002 and located to the UK where he first qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales and subsequently in Scotland. He practiced initially as a litigation, divorce and family lawyer in the County Courts of England and then as a solicitor, conveyancer and notary near Glasgow in Scotland before returning to South Africa in 2009.

With his qualifications and expertise, Gordon brings a wealth of local and international experience to the firm.

His outdoor interests include golf and cycling.

Maryke van Walsem
Director

Maryke was admitted as an attorney in 1992 and was subsequently admitted as a conveyancer.

She has built an enviable reputation specialising in residential and commercial conveyancing work.

Malcolm McKeown
Consultant

Malcolm has practised law in the Highway area since 1972. He is experienced in most areas of law, and now specialises in commercial and property law, conveyancing, wills and estate planning, the administration of deceased estates and trusts. He was on the Board of Management of the Highway Child and Family Welfare Society for 10 years and was Chairman for 2 years. He was the first Chairman of the Founding Committee of the Gillitts Sports Club. Malcolm is Vice Chairman of the Governing Body of Ethembeni School at Inchanga and a Trustee of the Ethembeni Business and Training Centre.
